		All letters except those dealing with the military or the Internal Revenue Service. In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, you and your staff are hereby authorized to freely discuss any and all aspects of my situation.
		Letters dealing with the military. I hereby authorize U.S. Senator John Kerry to act on my behalf and hereby waive my rights under the Privacy Act of 1974 on the following situation.
		Letters dealing with the Internal Revenue Service. In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and specifically Section 6103 of the IRS Code, you and your staff are authorized to freely discuss any and all aspects of my situation with the Internal Revenue Service.
